Returns and Refunds Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please call 450-741-3800 to obtain an authorization number (RMA). We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new, unused and in its original packaging.  A 20% restocking fee may apply. Any defective product can also be returned for replacement.

Please follow the return checklist to ensure that no damage will occur during shipping.

The amount of any credit will be calculated as follows:

SPECIAL ORDERS: Non-refundable / non-refundable.

ALL OTHER ORDERS: Credit minus any shipping charges incurred.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used for this order.

Shipments refused.

Shipping charges for orders shipped UPS, FedEx and/or Canada Post are billed both ways on refused shipments.

Damaged shipments.

If your shipment arrived damaged, please write "damaged receipt" and contact boutique Q4 450-741-3800. We will continue the process of reporting the damage to the shipper and plan a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repacked in its original packaging for return. The sender will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to Boutique Q4.

Manufacturer's Warranty.

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the manufacturer's warranty offered to the purchaser. Other than the manufacturer's warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Return checklist:

- Call Customer Support at 450-741-3800 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

- Merchandise must be completely repackaged in its original packaging for return. The

packing slip with the return authorization document should be securely glued to the packaging.
