Prices and availability of products are subject to change without notice and are subject to stock availability. If, after the conclusion of the transaction, one of the ordered products becomes out of stock, BOUTIQUE Q4 will send a notice to this effect by email, the out of stock product will be removed from the order and the price paid for the missing item will be refunded. BOUTIQUE Q4 is not responsible in the event of a back order and for any damage that may result or be caused by any delay in delivery.
The delivery of your order is subject to the availability of our stocks and we may have to modify your order slightly by using replacement products in order to have your arrangement or gift delivered on time. We always respect the original value of your order and will replace it with products of the same value.
The products ordered may differ from the photo depending on the flowers available in store. In the event that a product is not available at the time of ordering, an equivalent will be used. BOUTIQUE Q4 will always make the best efforts to keep the spirit of the bouquet suggested on the photo. It remains at the discretion of BOUTIQUE Q4 to decide whether or not the customer is notified, depending on the importance of the changes to be made.
Only one coupon code or discount can be used for each transaction, regardless of the number of items ordered. BOUTIQUE Q4 will proceed with the cancellation of any order that does not respect this limitation.
BOUTIQUE Q4 has made every possible effort to present its products on the Site in their actual colors. However, because the colors you see on the Site depend on the monitor you are using, we cannot guarantee that the colors you see on the Site are accurate. Therefore, the colors of the products you receive may slightly vary.
For floral arrangements, the colors listed on our Site will be used whenever possible, even if it may require the use of flowers or plants (e.g. orchid) of similar or greater value. For single variety flower arrangements, BOUTIQUE Q4 will make every effort to provide you with the variety of your desire, but it may be necessary to use another color. If the container of flowers listed on the site is not available, a similar container of equal or greater value will be used.
Shipping
BOUTIQUE Q4 delivers in Quebec only. Any order for delivery outside of our territory will be automatically canceled and the fees that would have been charged to your credit card, if any, will be refunded.
Shipping charges are calculated based on your shipping destination and the shipping option you choose. When on your shopping cart page, you will see a shipping options section and you will have the choice either to enter your postal code or the in-store pickup option (there is no additional charge for the "in-store pickup" option). There, you will be able to view and choose your shipping option and the fees associated with each method.
Products ordered will be delivered to the shipping address provided at the time of your order.
Delivery time may vary depending on your postal code, the shipping method you choose during the transaction and the time it takes to process your order. Please note that once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email notification.
The shipping address may be different from the billing address. The transaction for the payment of your order must be completed before BOUTIQUE Q4 proceeds with the delivery of your order. Please note that the package will be shipped to the address indicated at the time of your order. It is therefore very important to verify your delivery address because BOUTIQUE Q4 is in no way responsible in case of an error in the registration of your delivery address and the consequences that may result from it. It is the customer's responsibility to provide a valid phone number so that BOUTIQUE Q4 can easily reach you in case of delivery problems.
It is the customer's responsibility to enter and verify the delivery information. In case of error, no refund will be authorized. No changes to the current order will be allowed.
Inability to deliver to recipient
Usually, carriers make deliveries between 10:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m. local time. If the recipient is not present to accept the delivery, BOUTIQUE Q4 will attempt to leave the package to a neighbor. As a last resort, we will return the package to the store to await further instructions. In the event that delivery failure is due to an incorrect address or missing information, additional delivery fees will be required.
Shipping costs for orders shipped via UPS, FedEx, or Canada Post are charged to the Customer for both outbound and return shipments for refused deliveries.
Orders placed for in-stock items will be shipped with approximately a one week delay. For same-day deliveries, we need to receive the request before 2:00 p.m., subject to the delivery location. For orders placed after 2:00 p.m., delivery will be postponed to the next business day. However, we cannot guarantee the delivery time. We cannot predict weather conditions, traffic jams or any other factors that may cause delivery delays. If there is a delayed delivery or your required receipt date cannot be met, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options. Following the submission of your order, BOUTIQUE Q4 will send you an order confirmation email including the total price of the transaction and detailed transaction terms.
BOUTIQUE Q4 reserves the right to cancel any transaction, without any obligation to provide any justification. If a transaction is canceled, BOUTIQUE Q4 will send a notice by email to the provided address. BOUTIQUE Q4 reserves the right to limit or cancel any order that, in its sole discretion, appears to come from merchants, resellers, or distributors. When an order is canceled, no amount is charged to your credit card. However, if any fees have already been charged to your credit card before the cancellation of the order, they will be refunded via the same payment method.
With the exception of flowers and plants, you may return your order in whole or in part, within a maximum of 14 days following receipt of your order, without penalty, if the received product does not conform to your order, and only upon authorization from a BOUTIQUE Q4 representative.
Before returning any merchandise, you must communicate by email with BOUTIQUE Q4 at info@fleuristeq4.com. BOUTIQUE Q4 will then send you the procedure to follow
to return the merchandise and an authorization number will be sent to you.
However, please note that some products are not eligible for returns and refunds, such as edible products (e.g. candy), any product that is no longer in its original packaging, any product that has been used, any product that has been damaged by the customer and any product that is not returned in its full quantity. No refunds are allowed on special orders.
No returns will be accepted on clearance items or promotional items. Shipping costs for the return of items are the responsibility of the customer.
BOUTIQUE Q4 will not be able to make any refund if the item is lost or sent to the wrong return address.
When the product arrives at BOUTIQUE Q4, it will be examined and a credit will be issued, deducted from its share of the shipping costs. The credit will be issued to the credit card that was used for the order.

Upon receipt of your shipment, we will analyze your return request within 2 to 5 business days.
In case of dissatisfaction with a received product, BOUTIQUE Q4's policy is to first replace the flowers if the customer notifies us upon receipt of the floral products delivered. No refunds will be made unless delivery was not made for any reason.
If the flowers and plants were delivered for a special event, such as a funeral or wedding, no refund or credit will be allowed after the event has taken place.
It is your responsibility to check the condition of your order upon reception. If your package appears damaged upon reception, we recommend that you refuse the delivery. The carrier will have to send the order back to BOUTIQUE Q4 and upon reception of the problematic package, BOUTIQUE Q4 will communicate with you. If you notice that one of the delivered products is damaged, and that it is one of the products that can be returned and refunded, the product must be returned in its original packaging and you must contact BOUTIQUE Q4.
If your shipment arrived damaged, please write "received damaged" and contact BOUTIQUE Q4 at 450-741-3800. BOUTIQUE Q4 will then continue the process of reporting the damage to the carrier and schedule a reshipment. The merchandise must then be completely repackaged in its original packaging for return.
