How much does it cost to ship my order?
Shipping costs are calculated according to your shipping destination and the shipping option you choose. When you get to your shopping cart page, you will see a shipping options section and you will have the choice to enter your postal code, ZIP code, or store pick-up option (no charge for pick-up). There you will be able to view and choose your shipping options and the charges associated with each method.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders placed for in-stock merchandise items will be shipped with approximately one week lead time. For same day delivery requirements, we must receive the request by noon (12:00 noon). However, we cannot guarantee the time of delivery. It is impossible for us to predict weather conditions, traffic jams or any other factors leading to delivery times. If there is a delay in delivery, or your requested delivery date cannot be met, we will contact you as soon as possible to discuss options. The delivery of your order is subject to our stock availability and we may be forced to make some changes to your order. We always respect the original value of your order and will replace it with products of the same value.
In general, carriers usually make deliveries between 10 a.m. and 6 p.m. local time. If the recipient is not there to accept the delivery, we will try to leave the package with a neighbour. As a last resort, we will return the package to the store to await further instructions. In the event that the delivery failure is due to a wrong address or missing information, we will have to charge again for the delivery charges.
