Welcome to the website of Le Boutique Q4 ("Site"). Please review the following rules and regulations governing the use of our Site and the purchase of our products. Please note that by accessing and browsing this Site, you agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement and all applicable laws (the "Agreement").

The Agreement applies exclusively to your access to and use of the Site and does not alter in any way the terms or conditions of any other agreement you may have with Q4 Store for products, services or otherwise.

The Q4 Store has adopted a Privacy Policy that you can refer to in order to understand how we use, collect and disclose information. Please refer to the Privacy Policy section of the Site.

CHANGES TO THE AGREEMENT

We may change the terms and conditions governing the use of our Site from time to time. By accessing and using our Site after such changes, you are automatically deemed to have agreed to the new terms. We may from time to time change, move or delete portions of our Site or add to it.

LICENSE AND ACCESS TO THE SITE

Boutique Q4 grants you the limited right to make personal use of the Site only. Such grant does not include, but is not limited to: (a) the resale or commercial use of this Site or its Elements (as defined below); (b) the modification, adaptation, transfer, reverse engineering, disassembly or conversion of any Element of the Site, including the misappropriation of the HTML version of the Site or other related code; (c) copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, translate, upload, download, post or transmit any Site Elements (including the trademarks of Boutique Q4) in any way, including, but not limited to, electronically, mechanically, by photocopying or recording; (d) to collect and use any list or description of products; (e) the derivative use of the Site and Site Elements; or (f) to exploit data, bots, spiders, automated tools; to gather and extract data, directly or indirectly, from a Site Element; and it is prohibited to collect any information from the Site or from another user of the Site. You may not use any meta tags or any other "hidden text" using The Q4 Store name, trademark or product name without our written consent.

"Site Elements" refers to all elements of the Site, including, but not limited to, trademarks (as clearly specified in this Agreement), design, product descriptions, HTML text, graphics, files, photographs and video clips, code, software interface and related selection and arrangement. All Elements of the Site are either copyrighted, trademarked, owned, controlled, or otherwise authorized by The Q4 Store and its affiliates. The Site as a whole is protected by copyright.

We may terminate this license and your access to the Site if you make or permit any unauthorized use of the Site. By taking such actions, you violate applicable law, including, but not limited to, copyright laws, trademark laws (including laws relating to the physical appearance of products) and communications laws. We reserve the right to prosecute violators to the fullest extent of the law.

PASSWORDS AND SECURITY

If you use a password to access this Site or any part of this Site, then you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and controlling its use on your computer. You accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. If the confidentiality of your account or password is compromised in any way whatsoever, you will inform Boutique Q4 immediately. Boutique Q4 reserves the right to take any action it deems necessary or reasonable to ensure the security of the Site and your account, including but not limited to closing your account, changing your password or collecting information to authorize transactions on your account. Nevertheless, Boutique Q4 holds you responsible for the actions of each person who accesses your account or uses your password. Therefore, in no event shall Boutique Q4 Store be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with (i) any action or inaction of Boutique Q4 Store in this regard; or (ii) any other action or inaction of Boutique Q4 Store in connection with the use of your password.

Notre fleuriste et boutique offre un vaste choix de fleurs fraîches, plantes, fleurs de soie, plusieurs idées cadeaux uniques créés au Québec, meubles antiques retapés et plus encore.

Nous offrons aussi des services clés en main pour vos événements, du bouquet à la location de chaises. Nous avons aussi un service de retapage de meuble antique sur demande. Une visite notre fleuriste et vous serez conquis !!

Return & Refund Policy

Returns and Refunds Policy

If you wish to return or exchange an item, please call 450-741-3800 to obtain an authorization number (RMA). We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. All merchandise must be new, unused and in its original packaging.  A 20% restocking fee may apply. Any defective product can also be returned for replacement.

Please follow the return checklist to ensure that no damage will occur during shipping.

The amount of any credit will be calculated as follows:

SPECIAL ORDERS: Non-refundable / non-refundable.

ALL OTHER ORDERS: Credit minus any shipping charges incurred.

Credits will be issued to the credit card used for this order.

Shipments refused.

Shipping charges for orders shipped UPS, FedEx and/or Canada Post are billed both ways on refused shipments.

Damaged shipments.

If your shipment arrived damaged, please write "damaged receipt" and contact boutique Q4 450-741-3800. We will continue the process of reporting the damage to the shipper and plan a reshipment. The merchandise must be completely repacked in its original packaging for return. The sender will inspect and pick up the damaged merchandise and return it to Boutique Q4.

Manufacturer's Warranty.

Merchandise covered by a manufacturer's warranty is sold with the manufacturer's warranty offered to the purchaser. Other than the manufacturer's warranty, there are no warranties, express or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Return checklist:

- Call Customer Support at 450-741-3800 for a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

- Merchandise must be completely repackaged in its original packaging for return. The

packing slip with the return authorization document should be securely glued to the packaging.
